For every piece of equipment covered by your plan, we make an annual trip to your home or business to clean and test the system components and provide a full report. Scroll down for more information on what is included with each visit.

Labor Warranty
For clients with equipment installed by DallAire Heating and Cooling only: If we install your new furnace, air conditioner, boiler, water heater, or any other equipment, as long as you don’t break your maintenance agreement from the installation date, we will include a labor warranty that matches the manufacturer’s part warranty.

Gas or Propane Furnaces
Cleaning
We clean the burners, flame sensor, spark ignitor, pressure switch tubing, pressure ports, drain tubing, and cabinet interior.
Inspecting
Inspections include motors, capacitors, circuit board, transformer, blower wheel, heat exchanger, hot surface ignitor, thermocouple, and thermostat.
Air Conditioners/Heat Pumps
Cleaning
We will clean the condenser coils, electrical compartment, interior and exterior of the condenser body, and condensate drain.
Inspecting
Our team inspects temperature delta, refrigerant pressures, evaporator coil, wiring, insulation, capacitors, contactor, circuit board, and thermostat.
Gas or Propane Boilers
Cleaning
Cleaning includes burners, flame sensors, spark ignitors, pressure switch tubing, pressure ports, drain tubing, and cabinet interior.
Inspecting
We inspect motors, pumps, capacitors, circuit boards, transformers, heat exchangers, hot surface ignitors, thermocouples, and thermostats.
Standby Generators
Cleaning
Cleanings include the battery terminals, the interior of the cabinet, the exterior of the engine, and the inlet air screen.
Replacing
Maintenance plans include replacing engine oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs.
Inspecting
We will inspect the battery, charger, oil pressure, compression, output frequency, system under load, previous faults, and firmware version.
Humidifiers (Add-On)
Cleaning
We clean the media tray, distribution tray, outlet port, and interior of the humidifier cabinet.
Inspecting
We inspect the general operation, water solenoid, humidistat operation, electrical connections, pressure switch (if used), and drain system.
Common Media Filters (Add-On)
Replacing
Your plan can include standard media air filters. We just bring one with us when it’s time for maintenance!
Inspecting
Mechanical joints, air seals, and general operation.
Ductless Splits
Cleaning
We clean the condenser coil, electrical compartment, interior and exterior of the condenser body, filters, and condensate drains.
Inspecting
The motors, circuit board, transformer, blower wheel, and remote are included in inspections.
Tankless Water Heaters
Cleaning
The burner, flame sensor, spark ignitor, pressure switch tubing, pressure ports, drain tubing, and cabinet interior are included.
Inspecting
The motors, capacitors, circuit board, transformer, heat exchanger, and hot surface ignitor are included.
Descaling is not included.
Water Heater Tanks (Add-On)
Cleaning
This add-on includes the burner, pilot assembly, flame sensor, pressure switch tubing, air inlet screen, and burner compartment.
Inspecting
This add-on includes the gas control valve, ignitor, thermocouple, exhaust assembly, pressure switch, pressure relief valve, and anode rod.
Annual tank flush included.
