For clients with equipment installed by DallAire Heating and Cooling only: If we install your new furnace, air conditioner, boiler, water heater, or any other equipment, as long as you don’t break your maintenance agreement from the installation date, we will include a labor warranty that matches the manufacturer’s part warranty.
We thoroughly train our technicians to work with our products and most other brands of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and boilers.
We’ll call you when it’s time for your next maintenance appointment, so you don’t have to think about it.
We clean the burners, flame sensor, spark ignitor, pressure switch tubing, pressure ports, drain tubing, and cabinet interior.
Inspections include motors, capacitors, circuit board, transformer, blower wheel, heat exchanger, hot surface ignitor, thermocouple, and thermostat.
We will clean the condenser coils, electrical compartment, interior and exterior of the condenser body, and condensate drain.
Our team inspects temperature delta, refrigerant pressures, evaporator coil, wiring, insulation, capacitors, contactor, circuit board, and thermostat.
Cleaning includes burners, flame sensors, spark ignitors, pressure switch tubing, pressure ports, drain tubing, and cabinet interior.
We inspect motors, pumps, capacitors, circuit boards, transformers, heat exchangers, hot surface ignitors, thermocouples, and thermostats.

We clean the media tray, distribution tray, outlet port, and interior of the humidifier cabinet.
We inspect the general operation, water solenoid, humidistat operation, electrical connections, pressure switch (if used), and drain system.
We clean the condenser coil, electrical compartment, interior and exterior of the condenser body, filters, and condensate drains.
The motors, circuit board, transformer, blower wheel, and remote are included in inspections.
